Easy Returns! We want you to be happy with your purchase from Solestruck. We gladly accept requests for returns for any product that you are not fully satisfied with. Returns are accepted within 60 days after original purchase date. We will deduct $5 per order from your credit for return shipping when we process your return.
Need to return something? Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.
We have made returning your shoes easy! Just follow these steps:
1. Download and print a return label by clicking on "my account" and signing in to your Solestruck account.
2. Be sure that the original merchandise is included, along with the completed return form.
3. Bring the package to the shipping provider location.
4. Note: We will deduct $5 from your credit for return shipping when we process your return.Once processed,you will recieve an email confirmation.
You can also call our Customer Service department to have a return label emailed to you. To make returns from Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or a P.O. Box, please call our Customer Service department for a USPS return label.
Once we receive your returned item(s), will we start the process of issuing a credit to the original credit card used at purchase, if such a credit is applicable. The credited funds should be available in 3-5 business days from the date the credit was issued, depending on your bank. It will usually take one to two billing cycles for any issued credit to appear on your credit card statement. We cannot refund the original shipping cost of your order; we can only refund the price paid for actual merchandise.
Want to make an exchange? Simply place a new order for the different size, color or style you want and return the original order to us using our return label. We highly suggest placing the new order right away to ensure stock availability.
