To clarify: I am referring to customer service at Chooka above, not Solestruck. Solestruck has been wonderful and awesome about this situation and I am getting a refund.

Avoid Chooka!

This is my second pair of Chooka's. I fell in love with the design both times, but had the same negative experience both times: the soles cracked and the boots soaked completely. The first pair I have worn about 20 times, the second about four times only (in non-freezing, fair weather). Their customer service is subpar, in case you need to deal with them. I am very, very disappointed and feel deceived as a customer.
