Fits about 1/2 size big. Size US10 (EUR42) insole measures at 10 6/8" inches or 27.5cm. Each half size is 1/4 inch or 1/2cm difference.

Not the best for a big foot.

I purchased these, but soon returned them as they made my foot look enormous. I bought them in white without thinking that they would make my large (12 US Male) foot look even bigger. Needless to say, I love the classic Doc Martens, however just not in the white on white combo on my foot.
