These shoes are great, I was on vacation in Mexico City over the weekend and wore them a lot - extremely comfortable, look great with pants and dresses. Must buy. My friend who absolutely hated them at first decided to buy a pair at the end of our trip.

I wore these *maybe* five times before the glue on the leather straps gave out. As another reviewer mentioned, the leather has come totally unbonded, and the worst part is that when I contacted Dolce Vita directly, they said they "could not" do anything to fix my problem. Yes, they could, if they chose. But they choose not to stand by their defective product, so buyer beware! I've seen other reviews online that mention the same craftsmanship problem with these. Given this issue and the company's lack of an appropriate response, I would definitely not recommend these shoes, or any others by Dolce Vita.

Does anyone have this shoe in Nude? Is it true to colour the photograph? I think it's just so beautiful! Brown is great too, can't decide!

Bought these a year go in black. Wore them all spring and summer. The leather is extremely soft and I had no problems walking long distances/standing in them for several hours. Because the leather is soft, it does stretch a little, so the straps become looser, but in my case that just made them more comfortable. I am definitely considering getting them in nude or brown for the spring! They look great with shorts, skirts, dresses, and pants. They lengthen your leg, but are so much easier to walk in than 4 inch heels. SO WORTH IT

These are extremely cute, and very comfortable, but be forewarned that after about 10 solid wears, the layers of the leather straps start to come apart and these become unwearable. These aren't worth $16 per wear.

These are simple and stylish! They look way better on the foot than in the pictures. The leather is nice and soft and the padded insole is soooo comfortable. The fit to me was pretty perfect - right on the money.
