Firstly, I expected the quality would be much better. I bought Magenta Suede. In some places shoes painted in red and glued badly, it is a defect. The leather upper (suede) is bad. When i think about suede shoes, I imagine absolutely another quality of leather. Secondly, straps are too long. I guess I should do each of them 2cm shorter and put one more inner sole. Then leather sole... is it necessary to make it on average shoes? I should spend about 25 $ to make sole, About 30 $ to buy inner sole, then 35 $ to make straps smaller. In addition shoes look cheap, they doesn't cost their price. It was an international parcel, our post office works very bad, it is quite hard and expensive to send them back. So I'm very disappointed but I'll try to forget if it is possible about ALL THESE DISADVANTAGES. And I'll never buy Dolce Vita again.

Great shoe!! Amazing color-way with black and burgundy combo but the gold heel insert is truly the defining feature. I wear a size 7.5 and ordered such. The fit length-wise was great however I ended up paying $50 dollars to have top 2 straps tightened by a shoe repair. I either have really skinny ankles or these were designer for a much thicker leg! Overall, loved! Made the perfect Birthday shoe!

Just got a pair in the multi suede and they are so fantastic! I was worried they wouldn't be burgandy and be a brighter red, but are the nicest burgandy wine colour. Most comfortable pair of heels I have owned. But the loose straps effect this badly... They are quite a bit loose in the straps especially around the ankle. May have gone down half a size if I knew. Apart from that, so so so so good. Very happy!

Was so excited when the Sali's arrived! Perfect quality and look exactly the same as the picture. I'm an AUS 8 and fit the US 8 perfectly. Unfortunately I have small ankles and the ankle straps were too big, not providing enough support. Also due to the high wedge like heel/platform I found them difficult to walk from the lack of support around the ankle and could not get a normal looking stride. So sadly had to send them back : ( Customer service is excellent, had no problems at all in the returning process. I thought I could tackle these monsters from previous experience of dancing in point shoes but sadly not. But if you're a master of the heel I say go for it!!

Love at first sight. I got my Black Suede Sali's the other day and could not WAIT to get them on. They fit true to size and are extremely comfortable considering the height. Only issue I had was the straps round the ankles are quite loose, but that didn't cause too much of a drama. Definitely recommend these babies.

Just received my first pair of DVs and the Sali is enough for me to keep buying more DV shoes!(I've got the black suede) They are gorgeous and very well made!! Fits true to size, if you have very slim feet, you might consider ordering half a size down or else the straps might be loose for you! Very easy to walk in despite the height (they are the highest pair of shoes i have!) and very stable! Thank you DV and SOLESTRUCK!
