1 1/2" heel. Leather upper, lining and sole. Fits big. Recommend ordering down one whole size (1/2 size if you have a wide foot). Size US8 insole measures at 9 7/8" inches or 25.5cm. Each half size is 1/4 inch or 1/2cm difference.

amazing boot

Classic shape w/ a little rock-n-roll edge. A perfect classic ankle boot that will last for years. Superb leather, not too much breaking in. I did size down a whole size, normally I am 7.5 in boots even with socks, 6.5 fits perfect. Perfect with skinny jeans, leggings, and tights. I walk everywhere and these are great for walking all day around the city.

This boot would be cool if it was not as large. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered a 6.5 and I could still go down another 1/2 size (I do have narrow feet and ankles). The boots seemed super masculine and very clunky, they made my feet look huge. Who knows if that would have changed with a smaller size.
