Over 1.5 billion pairs of shoes are lying dormant in American closets, rather than being used the way they were intended: on people's feet. Solestruck wants to change that, but we need your help.

How will I receive my discount?
After we have received your donation, we will process it and send you an email with a discount code.  Then, you can apply that discount (5% for each pair, up to 15% total) toward your next purchase.

How many shoes can I donate?  Can I donate more than three pairs?
You're welcome to donate as many pairs of shoes as you'd like; the more, the better!  However, you will only receive a discount for up to three pairs, for a maximum of 15% off your next order.

Do I have to use your box to send in my donation?
No.  You may use any box you wish, as long as it is large enough and sturdy enough to contain your donation.  However, reusing our box for your donation is a good way to reuse the cardboard rather than just throwing it away.

I have to return my shoes, but I want to donate too.  How can I do that?
If you have a box that's large enough, you can send the return and the donation(s) together.  Just make sure you include both the return form and the donation form.  If you must use two separate boxes, you can call one of our Customer Service representatives at 1-800-494-1260 and we'll be happy to mail you an additional return label.

Does it have to be women's shoes, or can I donate men's and children's shoes as well?
Yes, you may donate men's, women's or children's shoes of any kind or size.  The shoes should be clean and in gently worn, re-wearable condition.

When will I receive my discount?
The time between sending your donation and receiving an email from us with the discount code should be approximately 1 week.

What charity or charities will receive the donations?  How can I learn more about them?
Currently, we are working with two charities, Soles4Souls (http://www.soles4souls.org) and the National Relief Charities (http://www.nrcprograms.org).  You may learn more about each charity by visiting their websites.

What type of shoes should I donate?  What condition should they be in?
You may donate any type, size or style of shoes you wish-sneakers, dress shoes, boots, etc.  They should be clean and in gently worn, re-wearable condition.

How long will the discount be valid for?
Your discount code will remain valid for six months from the date your donation was processed.

Can I donate shoes for the discount without placing an order?
Yes!  Please call one of our Customer Service representatives at 1-800-494-1260 and we'll be happy to mail you a prepaid label.  However, we are unable to provide a box for you to ship your donation.  You may use any box that is large and sturdy enough to contain your donation.
