A symbol of subculture for over 50 years, Dr. Martens have long been purveyors of grunge, rock n roll and youth in revolt. We love this classic 8 EYE BOOT style. It conjures up images of Pete Townshend lighting fires onstage with The Who and the working class clawing their way towards the American dream. 1/2" heel. Leather upper and lining, man made sole. Fits true to size. Size US8 (EU 39) insole measures at 9 7/8" inches or 25.5cm. Each half size is 1/4 inch or 1/2cm difference.

    Not sure what size to order? All sizes listed on our site are US sizes. We try on each style for you and record the approximate measurements for every size to help you decide which size to buy (because we love you and want you to be happy with shoes that fit)!

    PLEASE NOTE: Fit can vary from style to style and from brand to brand, so please check the measurement we show and read the fit notes in each shoe description. Also, check each shoe description for any US to EUR size conversions that brand might have (see image below).
