How much do shipping and returns cost?

Standard shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders to addresses within the US (see below). Having a shoe emergency? 2nd day shipping is $9.99 per order and Overnight shipping is $25.00 per order. How do I return something?

Can I do an exchange?

Simply place a new order for the different size, color or style you would like and return the original order to us using our return label. We highly suggest placing the new order right away to ensure stock availability.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For standard shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order. The first business day starts the day after the order has shipped. With 2nd day delivery, orders placed before 4pm PST will arrive on the second business day, and overnight orders placed before 3pm will arrive on the next business day. Please note that there are additional costs for overnight and 2nd day shipping and do not have Saturday delivery.

What is your return policy?

Doesn't fit? No problem! Returns are accepted up to 60 days after purchase and must be in brand new, unworn condition with the original packaging and a shipping box to protect the shoe box. Click here for details on returns.

How do I track my order?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email that has your tracking number on it. You can also sign in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information, order status, and tracking information.

Can Solestruck ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship worldwide to over 70 countries. Find out more about International Orders.

Can Solestruck ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. These orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. When choosing standard shipping, please allow 3-6 business days for arrival to PO Boxes, 6-10 business days for AK or HI orders and 6-10 business days for APO/FPO orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You may purchase from Solestruck using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card, or with PayPal. You can make purchases through our website or over the phone by calling toll-free : 1.800.494.1260.

How do I print a pre-paid return shipping label?

To download and print a pre-paid return label, log on to your account at www.solestruck.com. For Amazon orders, please email us at customerservice@solestruck.com with your order number and we will send one right away. Note: We will deduct $5.95 per order from your credit for return shipping when we process your return. Click here for details on returns.

What if I didn't get any confirmation emails from Solestruck?

Once you place your order and again when your order ships, Solestruck sends a confirmation message to the email address you provided at checkout. It may take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email from Solestruck. To prevent the emails from being blocked by spam filters or firewalls, add customerservice@solestruck.com to your approved senders list.

You may confirm that your order has been processed by signing in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information, order status, and tracking information.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order from Solestruck, please contact our Customer Service department with your request as soon as possible by emailing us at customerservice@solestruck.com, or calling us toll-free at 1.800.494.1260. We try to fulfill each order as quickly as possible, so it is essential that you contact us quickly if you would like to request a change or cancellation. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

What if I forget my password?

No problem. You can quickly set up a new one. Visit the "My Account" page and enter the email address you used when you signed up with Solestruck. Click on "Forgot your password?" and we'll email you a link to set up a new one. You'll be back online in no time.

Is it safe to use my credit card with Solestruck?

Solestruck takes precautions to protect your credit card information. Our website uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software on pages where customers enter personal information such as their name, address, and credit card information. While on a page using SSL, you may notice a lock or key icon on the bottom status bar of your browser window. This icon indicates that SSL encryption is active. Will Solestruck charge sales tax on my purchase?

No. Because our online store is based in Oregon, no sales tax will be charged to your purchases made with Solestruck.
