How long can I keep my Try@Home shipment?Once your Try@Home shipment arrives, you have 5 full days to let us know what you are keeping and get the rest on their way back to us using the FedEx return shipping label we provide with every shipment.
How will you choose a 3rd style for me?Our skilled stylists will use the results of your Style Quiz to handpick a pair we think you'd love!
What is the $1 authorization for?It's what our system requires to verify the card and it saves your card information so it's really fast to pay after your package arrives.
Will I get a tracking number?Absolutely! We provide tracking for every shipment we send out!
No shoeboxes? What?!We want you to get the full Try@Home experience so we specially designed our boxes to include just the stuff you want and none of the stuff you don't. No recycling extra shoeboxes later, no added hassle. Plus, by shipping items in our Try@Home box we save space on FedEx trucks which in turn saves fuel which in turn saves the earth. You're welcome, earth.
When will my order arrive?We will ship your order once our stylist gets your 3rd surprise pair chosen and all boxed up. All Try@Home orders ship with Ground service and will arrive within 1 - 5 business days after it ships, depending on how where you are in the US. If you need your shoes faster, you will want to exit our Try@Home section and place a regular order using the faster shipping options.
How do I return something without getting charged for it?We hope you love everything, but if not, we made returning very easy for you. Go to tryathome.solestruck.com and follow the instructions before your 5 days is up. We walk you right through what you are keeping, what you are returning, and then how to schedule a Fedex pickup. Repack what you are returning. All items must be undamaged and free of scuffs. Stick the prepaid Fedex return label over the original shipping label. Tape up the shipping box, and have Fedex pick it up. You literally don't have to leave your house.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?Nope! Use the FedEx return shipping label included with your Try@Home info packet to send those puppies back.
Can I still return items if I decide I don't want them later?Totally! We will accept unworn returns within 30 days of the original ship date to you.
I lost my Return Label!That's okay - just CLICK HERE to get a new one or CONTACT US so that we can send you another! It’s important to use our label though - that's how we know if the shipment is on the way back!
Oops! I didn't checkout within the 5 day trial period!Our system will automatically charge you for any items that aren't paid for or scanned in to FedEx system at the end of the 5th business day but we will refund for any unworn merchandise that is returned within 30 days after that!
