This gorgeously gasp-inducing platform wedge boot is making us get a little girly, and now the all-leather version is making us get a little goth. I mean, it's HARD not to freak about about a shoe this amazing. Guaranteed to make you as tall as (or let's face it, WAY taller than) all the boys, the DAMSEL is a satisfying power trip in heel form that, as a side bonus, it crazy cute to boot. 6 1/2" heel and 2" platform. Fabric or leather upper and man made sole. Fits true to size. Size US8 (EU 38) insole measures 9 5/8" or 24.5cm. Each half size is 1/4" or .5cm difference. Limit 3 per customer.

It was meant to be
So I didn't actually buy my pair off of Solestruck, I got them from a store at my mall, but it was like the shoes and I were destined for each other. The last pair they had left was in my size and they were CRAZY on sale. Anyways, super comfortable, eye catching and they make your legs look really thin and long (I have short, shapely legs). A definite must buy for shoe lovers!Goddamazon
Stellar! But hard to break in!
As far as looks and statements go, this shoe is perfect. I love the shape the look, the quality...everything's perfect but they aren't nearly as comfortable as my Litas. However, I ordered these in black distressed leather and they go with practically anything! I wish the heel were a little lower, though. Breaking these in takes skill and getting used too, but a pair of Dr. Scholl's later and I was fine. Definitely towered over everyone I met! I recommend they be worn with cushioned socks. :)Becca
Can I marry them?
Giving this shoe 5/5 stars was a no brainer. I am completely in love! After drooling over these for some time I decided to save up and get them. Totally worth it. I just got them in yesterday and wore them that night for Halloween. Much to my disappointment, with the enormous crowd of people walking around, I scuffed the leather pretty bad around the toe part. I think I'll just take them to my local cobbler and see what they can do. Luckily, it's barely noticeable, and they're still GORGEOUS and totally a stand-out shoe nonetheless. Oh, and they're easy to walk in! If you walk well in Litas, you should have no problem with these. They were the slightest bit uncomfortable after a few hours, but it wasn't really a problem. Such a gorgeous shoe, had to have them! The detailing on the back is beautiful and the shoe is just so well made. They sure will give you some height and it's amazing!! Quite the statement shoe! They are easy to walk in, however, to compare to the lita- they are a lot less comfortable! Regardless, a happy purchase :) Does fit true to size.Sara

I love this shoe! I have a pair of the Everst Litas and when these shoes arrived the looked like the big momma version of them! ha ha ha I ordered a size 10 which fit like a glove, bare feet they fit great and with socks they are perfectly snug; I like my shoes to really fit tight on my feet. I am originally 5'3" on a good day so with these shoes I am 5'9" and loving it! My feet look dainty even though it is such a big wedge, they are super easy to walk in, and a great statement shoe, without being over the top. GREAT BUY! I <3 them!James
Tall and Sleek!
I love Damsel shoes. They make me seem really sleek and tall. The smooth, concealed wedge heels appear to be seamless extensions of whatever outfit I happen to be wearing above them.Anonymous

I absolutely love this shoe!! I've been wanting it for forever and decided to finally break down and buy them. It's what I always imagined with this shoe and thats by far the best thing you can get with a pair of shoes when they meet your needs! These are definitely true to size and very easy to walk in.. Im usually a 7.5/8 and I always get a 8 in Jeffreys. Although I haven't officially worn them yet I know they will be very comfortable!! Get the Damsel you won't be sorry!Lach

Dress it up or play it casual. Perfect for any occasion. This shoe is delicious for the feet. I have had countless pairs of wedges (not necessarily cheap nasties) where the weight is distributed horribly and gives me sore soles. And although these put my feet on more of an angle (as opposed to my Litas and Night walks etc) I found I could still walk around all day and night in these babies without any trouble. I'm guessing It's because of the amount of support they give around the ankle. Plus they are a total eye snatcher. LOVE.Stephen

I have never been this excited for a pair of shoes, and that is really saying something! I literally SQUEALED as I took them from the box. They glided on perfectly and I was so excited I trotted to the mirror and died. Do NOT hesitate, BUY THEM! I would love to buy so many more but I do not care for most of the patterns. Amazing.
This shoe is breathtaking. As soon as you put them on, you feel all 6 and a half inches. I sized up as I was between sizes and my foot slips forward so the shoe rubs on my ankle and makes it a little difficult to walk in. I'm going to stick with my size and pad them out but it might be worth trying to size down and stretch them (especially if you're in the US and can exchange them). These shoes are perfect! They go with everything, with all my cloths! and the size is true. Before i ordered patchwork, 7 US and they were big. And 7 for black distressed is a real 7. Width is a little narrow, so if your feet are medium or narrow, its ok. The look is super also!James

They have beautiful, soft black leather uppers with super-comfortable, real leather, non-synthetic lining inside. The soles are in long-lasting synthetic rubber. You'll feel like a 'prissy', cute horse when walking or "trotting" in these "hoofs"! Sizing was true to size. I wear size 11 or 12; depending on the boot design……I bought size 11 (largest size offered), and wore them until they stretched a bit…now they are a perfect fit for my feet. I hope JC and Solestruck will re-stock the black Damsel leather boots in size 12 in the future. I may buy another pair if they do!James

Dreamy Damsels
this shoe is incredible! The platform makes you tower over the world while being super chic at the same time. they feel like they run a tiny bit smaller than the usual jeffrey campbell shoes I buy, so that would be the only downside. other than that, the shoe is perfect and gives the lit a a run for it's money :)Chloe
Chic. Edgy. Classic. Timeless.....but runs a bit small.
I love these shoes even more than my Lita's! Was enamored of the Damsel's ever since their debut but wasn't madly in love with any of the colors/materials before (floral print/fabric/etc. too trendy for my tastes)....but as soon as I saw this black distressed leather version I knew I had to have it. They are very comfortable yet edgy and chic in every way. I'm usually a 5.5 in JC's (sometimes even 5's fit, depending on the shoe, e.g. 5 in Spike Lita's fit perfectly) and the size 6's in these Damsel's are perfect. The size 5 Damsel's are waaaay too small. So if you're in between sizes definitely size up.birgitta
