I thought they'd be somewhat tan, like the photo, but the beige is slightly lighter/paler in person, and beige is quite an accurate colour description, though the different tone is a nice variation to all my other pairs of tan boots and shoes that are basically the same colour. I think in retrospect, I would have preferred the black pair because black is always what you see what you get. They are sill very beautiful and growing on me and the detailing is spectacular. They run half a size smaller as other people have said about the starburst bootie and since I'm a true 8, I got a pair in 8.5 based on their suggestions. I am thankful for those reviews as the 8.5s fit perfectly and they zip up beautifully. They are comfy, and the leather is quite soft. The small heel combined with the perfect cut, that hits the ankle in just the right spot, is very flattering, so even those who don't have the slimmest legs (like myself) can pull them off. These definitely have a rocker edge but can also look cowgirl-esque with a feminine vintage flair, depending on how you style them. The black ones are definitely more rocker and not as femenine, so I guess you could take that into consideration if you're between which colour to get (I'm tempted to get the black pair too!). One star off for the difference in colour, but other than that, LOVE! Jeffrey Campbell is nothing short of amazingl

These shoes are hell sick they made my size 10 feet look small?! which is a rarity, comfy, do rub my feet but nothing a wear in and a bandaid cant help!, :)

Love the Dino! I missed out on the starbursts in black (got them in tan and it's been a major regret of mine ever since) so I picked these up to try and mend the wound. The design on them is adorable and they're totally rockstar friendly. As with the starbursts, you'll be more comfortable if you go up a half size.

Beautiful Soft Leather shoe boot, very comfortable with a small heel for us shorties. Looks good with skinny jeans, leggings and works with dresses, gives and edgy look. Price is exceptional for the quality of shoe, highly recommended will give 5/5.
