Just delightful. I have wide feet & had to stretch the bottom band, but other than that they were perfect right out of the box. Lightweight & the heel/platform combination feels almost like a flat -- standing & even running are comfortable. They look fabulous with anything & are cheering me up no end at a very corporate office ... . (Note: description refers to a cork heel, but the black ones have the striped fabric heel shown in the photo.)

Definitely go a half size down with this shoe. I'm normally a 25cm or 25.5cm (if there are no half sizes), and for this one I stayed at the 24.5cm (size 8). It fits perfectly. My normal 25cm would have been too big!

Playing Hooksies

When you want a break from 5" platforms but still want to rock a heel with your summer outfit, this shoe would be my recommendation. I ordered the white in 6.5, which is a half size down from my normal 7. PERFECT fit! They look exactly as shown in the product photos. The white suede upper isn't a bright white, it's the exact "white" shown - if that makes sense. These shoes are so versatile and easy to walk in. Perhaps the only distraction to these shoes' awesomeness factor is the lack of any sort of metal eyelets around the lace holes. The laces themselves are a thin leather string, and there's a lot of friction involved when trying to loosen or tighten them when donning and doffing the shoe. Also, if the lace gets a little too twisted, there is a little bit of rubbing where the laced area touches the foot. The leather is soft, so it's nothing that will cause chafing on the foot; it's just one of those design features that stands out when I consider this shoe's performance. Overall, I enjoy wearing this shoe. It makes me so happy! For the price, comfort, style, and the ever wonderful Solestruck customer service, you're getting your money's worth! GET THEM.

seriously the best shoe i have owned. so perfect for summer and they are so comortable and easy to walk in. And being 5'8 i dont like wearing extrememly high shoes and these ones are just perfect for me. GET THEM!
