I got this shoe in red and absolutely love it. I am usually an 8.5 in JC (9 in everything else) but couldn't order the half size in this so got the 9. It is much too big so I wear it with 2 pairs of socks but i love it, I think the 8 would be too small. And the other girl is right, they are a fierce and intimidating shoe but probably my favourite!

I got the black Lita...I was so dissappointed when they arrived..They are not real wood heels!!.. the distressed leather is very ugly. They do run big.

I normally wear a 7 in round toe-ed shoes (ex.ballet flats), a 7.5 in sandals, and an 8 in boots. I ordered this shoe in 8's, and I also got the 7's to be sure I would get a pair that fit before they sold out (I thought the square toe would give it a roomier fit). Well, I have now returned them both in order to get the 9's. The 8's fit in length, but the toe was very scrunched, too much so to wear comfortably. So based on my own experiences, I would agree that it has a very narrow toe. I own 7 pairs of Jeffrey Campbell shoes, and this is the first pair that I have had to order above an 8. It's a real bummer b/c I stalked this sight multiple times a day until this shoe was released, and ordered two sizes, to make sure I would be able to get my hands on them when they were first available. Now I have to wait until September till I get to enjoy them. =( Moving on...even with the sizing difficulties, I am still going to give this shoe 5 stars. Jeffrey Campbell has absolutely nailed this trend. They are everything I hoped they would be aesthetically for the price.

The fit is a little larger than the other Jeffrey Campbells I've picked up recently. I'm a pretty true 9.5 and usually get a 10 and it fits perfectly. This 10 is a bit loose. The heels aren't real wood so the shoes are very lightweight for such a chunky platform. The pictures do a good job of representing the shoes, though I think you'll be slightly surprised when you take them out of the box. They look seriously large and intimidating. Love 'em! I have the black ones on pre-order too!

I keep hearing these shoes are true to size? However, does this have a narrow toe?

Are you getting more sizes in of the distresed brown leather? I need this shoe.

I love this shoe! Everything about it. The only small issue I had was the distressing It's really almost white in areas of the leather. Especially in the toe area. But, nothing a little shoe polish won't cure! I also ordered in red and I can't wait to get them!

I'm truly just annoyed right now! :/ I follow you on Twitter, just barely an hour ago a tweet was posted that the JC Lita was up for pre order. I jump out of bed and am ready to order...But of course only size 9 and 11 are available in black and brown says out of stock? Were they ever available in the smaller sizes or did they really sell out that fast?! Help!! :(

Been waiting forever for these!! They fit pretty true and comfy for slightly wider feet so if you're between sizes, I'd probably go up if you have a medium or wide foot and give you more room, or go down if you have a narrow foot. Really comfy and stable.
