The shoes are not true to size for the larger sizes, I believe, because I ordered a 10 and the shoes ran at least a 1/2 size if not a full size too big. Also the part of the shoe that goes around the ankle is ginormousss even using the tightest buckles. The whole shoe is very wide. Big feet does not necessarily mean fat feet. And, on one of the shoes, the strap that goes through the pleat fold is stuck so I can't adjust it to the centre of the shoe. And the inside of the shoe is not leather and is already fraying at the straps because it is not 'finished.' The good thing about these shoes is that the dye job is very good (in the blue.) And I still love the design! However now it's sold out and I'm stuck...and shipping to the land of igloos is a lot.
