Zealots beware, the ZEALOUS is about to incite some seriously fanatical behavior due to its high levels of awesome. Where to start? How bout the vertigo inducing wedge heel? Or the bedroom slipper meets academia detailing? Tassels? Cracked metallic? All so good good good. A new zealot is born here each day. 5 3/4" heel and 2" platform. Synthetic leather upper and man made sole. Fits small/narrow. The python print fits slightly large. Recommend ordering up a size for regular and down for python. Size US8 insole measures 9 4/8" or 24 cm. Each half size is 1/4" or .5cm difference. Limit 3 per customer.

I loved my red patent so much I jumped on the blue lace when they went on sale. ! Thanks. Both fit the same. 10" shoe foot bed for me most shoes. this brand varies from 8 to 8.5 to sometimes 9... I wear a 8 great in this style. Oh.. and they are very comfortable to wear all day.sarah

This is the perfect addition to my all black closet - Zealous in Black Beige Python - and the perfect shoe for late nights out straight from the office. So comfortable!!! I ordered a size 9 when I'm generally between 9/9.5 and the length and width were perfect.ShoeDiva76
Must Have!
I am somewhat of a shoe diva - always on the hunt for pieces that stop traffic.. I'm not one that chooses practicality over art - they have to be able to assault your vision, as well as serve their purpose as a shoe :) Working in a corporate environment, this is always a challenge - balancing "professionalism" with avant garde.. That is why the Zealous are just what the doctor ordered! Perfect in every way - easy to walk in given the towering-inferno height, professional looking to satisfy all my board meetings and just enough pizazz to insight respect for my taste :) The fit is big - in most JCs I have order a size up (normally 10 but order 11 in JC) but in this case, 11 was way big.. I am crazy in love w/ this JC brand. Just found and I've bought maybe 10 pairs this month. Really high quality for the price and even some super expensive shoes are not this well made at 8x the cost. The red patent are !! GREAT. finally got the right size after 2 returns. (red patent do not upsize) Fits great, comfortable. I think I could jog in them. Funking up my urban day wear thrills me. I may plan a trip to Portland solely based on the coolness of solestruck. cheers... happy valentines day too.Shoe-hore
size 8=approx 10
I recently discovered this JC brand. Been a confusing ride with the info listed and reviews. Here is what I've discovered: After purchasing 6 pairs of JC shoes in the last 2 months, it seems consistent that a size 8 = a 10" footbed toe to heel. The info says 8=9.5" and so far I've personally found that to be just plain ole WRONG. I bought a 10 in this pair of red patent cuz the reveiws say size up and in most brands (finer IT brands) I wear a 39 or size 9. Returned for size 9 which is still too large here. size 8.. i repeat, size 8 is the size I would recommend in all of JC shoes if you need a 10" foot bed length to be happy. Continually dropping off shoes for return at UPS DOESN"T make me happy. Once again I have to wait for the return process to buy the correct size. grrr.. BUT JC are super nice quality at a miniscule price. Amazing brand and I highly recommend.anonymous
DOES NOT RUN SMALL, POOR FIT
I also agree with one of the previous reviewers in that this shoe ****DOES NOT RUN SMALL****, at least not based on my experience. In fact I found it to run a bit big. But returned them anyway b/c the fit was bad and the materials were not worth it.Chloe
Disappointing, all synthetic materials, poor fit, NOT WORTH the $$
I love Jeffrey Campbell shoes and most of my (ever-growing) JC collection comes from Solestruck. This ZEALOUS style must be my most disappointing purchase to date. Not Solestruck's fault at all (got these shoes super quickly).....but it's this STYLE/DESIGN that I find endless problems with. I tried 3 sizes (true size, 1/2 size down, 1/2 size up) and all were ill-fitting. The material is ALL SYNTHETIC, not even leather upper....and for $164.95 it's not worth even half that price. I wanted to love the "Nude Patent" color but simply couldn't -- the color in real life is more of a peachy salmon, NOT the beautiful nude shade on the AUDREY style (which I highly highly recommend, even though that one is also made entirely of synthetic materials it is comfortable and the nude is a flattering nude, very much like Christian Louboutin's nude patent, totally different shade from the salmon/overly-peachy "nude" on the "Zealous"). All in all a complete disappointment of a shoe. I adore all my other JC's and will be buying many more JC's to come but wouldn't recommend this style at all.anonymous
Not small. Don't believe these reviews.
Great shoe. I ordered a 10 since all the reviews said it ran a size small. (?) HUH? No it DOESN'T the red patent arrived as huge as any size 10.. I don't have 200 to throw around so I have to WAIT for a refund (maybe 2 weeks) to REORDER the right size and then WAIT for them to arrive. I hope the 9 isn't too large. that is how HUGE the 10 is. Plus I get an extra $6 charged for a return. I rely on these reviews especially with JC since this company (JC) has a difficult time with consistency. grrrrr. BUT these reviews are Super WAY OFF. Right now I say buy the size you normally do. At least in the red patent.. gosh the discription even says buy a size up. You all are NUTS.iamsocool
very tight
but its ok, i like my shoes tight. cause eventually they'll stretch out. I always buy a size 6, which i wear, prefer to wear a 6, in all kinds of shoes. I like consistentcy in my life. Cause the designer meant the shoes to be worn/fit that way.Kristine
Great Shoes
This shoe is so fun. It automatically brings flavor to an outfit. It was kind of hard to get my foot in the shoe at first, but doesn't feel tight at all when the shoe is actually on. Easy to walk in as well! The color isn't as goldish/bronze in person as it is in the photo, it's a little more pewter-like, which I don't mind at all. Either way- great shoe! Be prepared to be super-freakin' tall.Brittany Lynn

These shoes are beautiful! I purchased the python print and it is easily my new favorite. You can create many different looks with this versatile print. I would recommend ordering up a size for a more comfortable fit. Overall, I'm very pleased :DNadira
Sex in the City
True to this sexy Moroccan Bedroom Shoe feel. Reminded me of the scene in Sex in the City Two when Sarah J. is sporting that vibrant maxi skirt and dior crop top with a colorful head scarf and those moroccan shoes. Definitely an A+ look and shoe. Does run small-I'm a 9 and I ordered a 10, they're perfect.Laura Ingram

A-Mazing. Not much more can really be said about this shoe!! Higher than expected... but this is a fantastic thing for a squirt like me, supermodel legs! Fitted fairly true to size, if anything slightly on the small size, I ordered 0.5 of a size up from normal and it was only just slightly big. But WOW!!!!
