Why everyone loves Solestruck:

We're an independent, family-run boutique store. We run with a small team of obsessed staff that treats you like you just walked in to your favorite local small town store. We carry unique and youth-driven brands to keep you looking fresh and fashion forward. Our goal is to rid the world of ugly shoes one pair at a time. We've been doing it for nine years now. Here, you can werque it.. and werque it good.

We like to keep things simple around here:

Returns are only $5.95 per prepaid return label used and we just deduct it from your refund to make it easy on you (for US addresses only).

All shoes must be returned in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase.

Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and these will be returned at customer's expense.

FINAL SALE items do not qualify for return or exchange.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Just can't make them work? It's okay. Just follow these easy steps for U.S. returns:

  1. Fill out your Return Form (the bottom portion of the shipping invoice that came with your order.)
  2. Place the shoebox inside the shipping box (must be returned inside a shipping box to protect the shoe box).
  3. Log into your account to download and print your prepaid FedEx return label or email us for your label.
  4. Drop them off at any FedEx location, Fedex Ground drop box or with a driver. Can't use a FedEx label? Just return them however you wish and we won't charge the return label fee since you paid your own return shipping.
  5. Wait a little... five business days to arrive back to us and 2 business days for us to process the refund. We refund for the cost of the shoes less the $5.95 return fee if you used our return label.
  6. Refund processed! Email confirmation is sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.

International Returns:

Fill out your Return Form (the bottom portion of the shipping invoice that came with your order.)

Place the shoebox inside the shipping box (must be returned inside a shipping box to protect the shoe box).

Take them to the parcel carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping back to us. Solestruck does not provide return shipping labels on international orders and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will refund the cost of the shoes once they arrive here and email a Refund Confirmation to you once that is done. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.

Check with your Customs office to see if they would refund any Customs taxes on a return. Solestruck does not refund Customs taxes or fees.

I want to exchange them!

No Problem. Simply place a new order then return the original order to us for refund. Or you can write on your Return Form what you would like to exchange them for and if they are still available when your return arrives, we will send it out to you. Make sure you let us know your 2nd choice or if you just want a refund if your first choice is sold out.

Can't return them?

Try some heel pads or insoles to take up any extra room. Take them to a shoe cobbler to have them stretched if they're a little too small.

Sell them on Ebay! It's pretty easy and a lot of people might be looking for that pair!
