There's really no discussion needed. This cool zippered low heel boot from Sam Edelman bridges the gap between California cool and NY city girl like no other. PARLEY is both laidback and distinctly fashion-forward and edgy. Outstep open mouth zipper is rugged and unique. Ya dig? We do. 2" heel. Leather and suede upper, leather sole. Fits true to size. Size 8 insole measures at 9 5/8 inches or 24.5cm. Each half size is 1/4 inch or 1/2cm difference.

In Love!

I first bought this boot in black, and fell in love instantly! I'm now waiting for my whiskey coloured pair to arrive in the mail. They look great with everything - You'll wear them into the ground. They run a tad large (I'd suggest ordering half a size down with Sam Edelman shoes) and they were wide enough that they didn't pinch at all.

I have the Sam Edelman Pax which is currently my favorite shoe but I wanted a brown version, which is when I saw the Parley. This shoe is absolutely beautiful and the leather is very nice quality. My only problem was the fabric in between the zipper rubbed my leg a little raw. Wearing spandex or higher socks will solve that though. I got an 8 1/2 which is my normal SE size and fits perfectly without socks. They run a tad small with a pair of socks but seemed to give a little as I wore them throughout the day.

LOVE!

I received these boots yesterday and instantly fell in love! These would have been the perfect pair of fall boots, but I can see myself wearing these into Spring. And again for fall this year! I am usually a size 6 and my feet are a bit wide, but I didn't have to size up for these; they fit true to size. Although the zipper does not zip or move at all, I still find it the perfect, most comfortable boots to wear day or night!

these are amazing!

I've been hunting for a replacement for a similar pair of boots for years now and I'm so glad I finally found these! The leather on these is sooooo soft and they are immediately comfortable right out of the box. I'm definitely going to waterproof them ASAP though because i think they might show water damage quickly if I don't (it's really rainy where I live and I walk A LOT). They seem to be true to size, maybe a teensy bit big but I'm glad because I'll always wear these with socks. Yay Sam Edelman!
